ABOUT OUR PRESCHOOL
Learning Works Preschool has been serving children and families in the Peoria community for over 40 years. We are proud members of organizations devoted to the betterment of children, child care facilities, and child care practices, such as the Arizona Child Care Association and the National Child Care Association.
We currently provide childcare to children from age 1 year to school-age. Our dedicated and experienced staff provides enriching experiences aimed at enhancing every component of your child’s development.

Cynthia Heady, Director
Cynthia has been working with children for over twenty years. She has been in the field of early childhood education for over 30 years, and has been with Learning Works Preschool since April 2004. Cynthia has worked with a variety of age groups in multiple early childhood settings. She has continuing education units in child development and related fields. Cynthia is eager to be a part of your child's early childhood education experience.
Natividad Miguel, Assistant Director
Natividad has been with Learning Works Preschool since March 2013. She has worked in all classrooms but spent most of the time in the 2’s and 3’s room. She enjoys working with children and seeing their growth in development. She has strong family and faith-based values and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
